Double Graduate from Miami’s Florida International University, Yankell Benavides is a Miami native, born and raised in the County of Dade. Yankell graduated in the top 25 students from Miami South ridge Senior High School, received his undergraduate degree in psychology in August of 2013, and his Juris Doctorate in September of 2017. While attending Florida International University’s Law School, Yankell participated in FIU Law’s Negotiations team practicing for regional and international negotiations competitions. Yankell broadened his legal horizons by entering varied legal practice areas ranging from first party insurance claims, to Bankruptcy, Criminal Defense, and Environmental Protection. Hard work in numerous fields allows Mr. Benavides to bring a unique perspective to the CHS legal team. Yankell now focuses on insurance claims under the Personal Injury Protection statute and our burgeoning Home Owner Insurance Claims practice representing victims of hurricane disasters. Yankell is a hard working member of the CHS Legal team passionate about representing his fellow Floridian and finding favorable outcomes for our clients.
